Fletcher Aerospace exists to break the limitations that have defined flight for the last fifty years. We are building the propulsion, materials, sensor, and AI systems required to make supersonic travel faster, safer, and more sustainable than anything currently in the sky — and to make maintenance intelligent enough to catch failure before it happens. Every system we design, from hybrid propulsion architecture to AI-embedded predictive MRO, is built on the same standard: engineering excellence with zero tolerance for the errors that have grounded this industry's ambitions for decades. Our mission is to prove that the next era of high-speed flight can be built smarter, cleaner, and safer from the ground up.

Meet the Founders

Fletcher Aerospace was founded by Oliver and Sharon Fletcher, an aerospace engineering and strategy team built on the belief that the next generation of flight shouldn't just be faster — it should be smarter, safer, and fundamentally rethought from the propulsion system up.

Oliver brings the technical backbone of the company: a career built inside FAA-regulated propulsion, hydraulic, electrical, and thermal-systems certification programs, with hands-on experience across some of the most demanding standards in American aerospace. That discipline — rocket-science certification rigor applied to real engineering problems — sits at the center of every system Fletcher Aerospace designs, from hybrid propulsion architecture to AI-embedded predictive maintenance.

Sharon leads the strategic and operational engine behind the company, translating ambitious engineering into a venture built to scale responsibly — with the financial discipline, partnerships, and long-term vision required to take next-generation aerospace technology from concept to certified reality.

Together, they founded Fletcher Aerospace on a simple conviction: the future of high-speed flight shouldn't be inherited from the past. It should be engineered, deliberately and rigorously, for what comes next.
